Mary and Nathan(the day after)

We did a “the day after” shoot with the couple and it was way too fun.  Except the temperature dropped about 40 degrees in one day(seems to be the weather pattern here this year).  They were braving out the extremely cold weather and arctic temperature in order to get some cool portraits.  THANK YOU GUYS!!!  We met with them in their honeymoon suite first, then headed down to the plaza for a few more shots until Mary couldn’t feel her toes anymore…  Here are some of our faves:

Mary and Nathan

We did not believe how warm it was on a January day.  It was high in the 50s the day Mary and Nathan got married.  The couple got married at Raintree community church followed by a beautiful winter wonderland reception at Longview Mansion.  Stay tuned for more “the day after” portraits of the couple in the next post.

Mary looked stunning!!!

Nice teeth, guys.

Time to go get married!

Real emotion sank in when Mary first walked down the aisle with her father.

Ditto for Nathan.

Aren’t they cute?

Mary and her mom, Jan.

Rebekah and Ted

The couple had a beautiful ceremony at Jacob’s Well followed by a reception at Clubhouse on the Baltimore.  When Rebekah came back to KC from California a few days before the wedding, KC had unseasonably warm weather.  And she said she miss having cold winter.  Well, I am sure weather God was listening to that conversation.  Sure enough on her wedding day, it was back to frigid temperature.  That went so well with her winter-themed wedding!
